Good to know before you convert
- Silent posts have nothing to convert. X GIFs are silent video clips, and some videos have no audio track. If a post has no sound on X itself, there is no MP3 to extract.
- Only public posts. Private or protected accounts can't be converted, and SaveNowX doesn't try to get around that.
- The MP3 is only as good as the original. You get the audio that was in the post. Thin or muffled audio stays thin or muffled; it can't be improved after the fact.
- Rights still apply. Saving audio doesn't change who owns it. What you do with it afterward is what matters.

Why is there no MP3 button for my link?+
The post probably has no audio. X GIFs are silent video clips, and some videos are uploaded without sound. Posts from private or protected accounts also can't be resolved.
How long does the conversion take?+
Longer videos take a little longer to prepare. The button shows a running timer while the audio is being made, and the file downloads when it's ready.
Are the audio files stored on your servers?+
