About SaveNowX

SaveNowX is a free, browser-based tool for downloading videos and extracting MP3 audio from public X (Twitter) posts. No account, no watermark, nothing stored server-side — paste a link to a public post and get the video or audio it contains.

Why it exists

Most Twitter/X video downloaders make you pay one of a few different costs to get a video: a logo stamped onto the file, a maze of ads and redirect chains before the real download button, a required account, or an app install for something that should take one paste and one click. SaveNowX was built to skip all of that — the video itself is the whole product.

What makes it different

• No watermark or logo added to any downloaded video, ever.
• No account or login — X’s own or SaveNowX’s.
• Nothing kept server-side after a download completes — no history, no stored copies, because there’s no history feature to build on top of that data in the first place.
• A free Chrome extension for people who want a download button right on the X video itself, and the website for everyone else.
• MP3 extraction for when only the audio matters.

What it’s deliberately not built for

SaveNowX is X/Twitter-specific by design, not a multi-platform downloader — and it’s built for one video at a time, not bulk-archiving an entire account. It also only works on public posts; there’s no way to responsibly support private or protected accounts, so it doesn’t try.
