How to save an X broadcast replay

Copy the broadcast link
Open the broadcast on X, use Share, then Copy link. It looks like x.com/i/broadcasts/ followed by a short code.

Paste it above
Drop the link in the box and press Get video. Only broadcasts that have ended can be resolved.

Pick a quality and download. Long replays take longer to prepare, and the button shows its progress.
Good to know before you download
- Replays only. A broadcast that is still live has no end to save yet. Come back once it has finished and the replay is up.
- Video only. Broadcast replays are saved as an MP4 video. There is no separate MP3 option on this page.
- Very long replays have a limit. Replays much longer than a couple of hours, or too large to prepare, are refused instead of timing out halfway.
- Public broadcasts only. If the host removed the replay or limited who can watch it, there is nothing public to save, and SaveNowX does not try to get around that.
- Rights still apply. A replay belongs to whoever streamed it. Save it for your own use or with permission.
Broadcast downloader: common questions
How do I download an X (Twitter) live broadcast replay?+
Copy the broadcast link (it contains /i/broadcasts/), paste it into the box at the top of this page, press Get video, then choose a quality and download. The broadcast must have ended.
Can I download a broadcast while it is still live?+
No. A live stream has no end, so there is no finished file to save. Wait until the broadcast ends and the replay is available, then paste the same link again.
What does a broadcast link look like?+
It looks like https://x.com/i/broadcasts/ followed by a short code of letters and numbers. A normal post link, which contains /status/, works on the homepage instead.
Why does it say my broadcast can't be found?+
The replay may have been removed, restricted by the host, or the link may be incomplete. Check that the whole link was copied and that you can still watch the replay on X without logging in.
Can I save just the audio of a broadcast?+
Not on this page. Broadcast replays are saved as video. The MP3 converter works for regular X posts with video.
Can I download an X Space here?+
No. Spaces are a different format. This page handles broadcast video replays only.
Is there a length limit?+
Yes. Very long replays, roughly beyond two hours, or ones that grow too large while being prepared are refused. This keeps the free service responsive for everyone.
Is it free, and do I need an account?+
It is free, with no account and nothing to install. The video is prepared for you and is not kept on SaveNowX's servers afterward.
